They're not local, but I strongly recommend Green Button ~ http://www.greenbuttoninc.com/
We sampled around 20 different low- and medium-budget short-run printers, and they were the stand-outs on service, quality, etc. Mind you, they're digital versus offset printers, but they're both high quality and a great deal. :)
