Selling a complete digital media package

I'm starting this topic to get new publishers excited about how to sell advertising. In addition to selling print ads and banners ads there are many other ways to generate revenue as a niche publisher. Think about how your advertisers want to connect with your readers. Can you get an advertiser to sponsor your digital edition, newsletter, a webinar, a web channel, your social media site, your social media profile (twitter background), a podcast, a specific article (SEO implications here also if not just a banner ad). How can you partner with your advertisers to produce direct leads and trackable results from your website?
