Yes. It is an excellent idea...especially if you like having extra cash for payroll, sales commisions, buying articles, or giving bonus' to photographers and celebrity interviewers.

If you sign on fairly well know companies that are good financially.....the company buying your "contracts" could actually care less about you and your magazine....and only wants to know about your advertiser.

Remember....It is impossible to have a receivable before you already publish your magazine. Companies that buy receivables will only buy AFTER you distribute the magazine and invoices are due. If you are looking for money before that....it is known as investing.

You are thinking on the right track. Why? You are able to maintain control of your magazine. Tell people how important that is to you....rather than answering to a bunch of crusty investors.

Launched in early 2003 KROWN MAGAZINE, a quarterly issued glossy color magazine which features the West Coast lifestyles in music, girls, core sports and the entertainment scene the
way it really is. For the past 3 years KROWN has out lived close to 11 local publications that
tried to compete. Without a dime of investment, KROWN's publisher by himself has successfully
given San Diego something cool to read and look at. Along with the printed quarterly magazine
also comes the KROWN CLOTHING and the KROWN GIRLS websites. In just the past 2 years the
KROWN GIRLS, over 200 beautiful West Coast girls that have been photographed by KROWN.
Financial partner is needed to launch our KROWN MODEL AGENCY, KROWN CLOTHING and a few
others including expanding KROWN to others. Like I said just one person's dream and not a dime
of help KROWN MAGAZINE is still surprising San Diego each issue, but now needs a partner to get
