Desi Youth Power Magazine
Desi Youth Power (DYP) - is set out to be a quarterly magazine for Desi youth and young adults. It is a contagious magazine because it is infected with the "I can" bug. It is set out to be a lab with a prototype to design a concept with the "I can" bug. So that youth can be made aware of "I can" and enabled for "I can" and then empowered for the change. The children will be more competent and less helpless. So that they can go out and help to infect and help change the world.
DYP is a South Asian youth-oriented, young, vibrant, authentic, multicultural and fun magazine. It is a participatory style of editorial – something that the audience identifies with. We have a special relationship with the reader – it is their own medium, it reflects their attitude, it is their own platform. vibrant, trendy, educational, entertainment- It caters to a vibrant faction that includes youth - from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and parts of the Diaspora including Africa, England and the Caribbean.
